Intensive detailing course – 1 week

During my 1-week training, I will share with you my 14 years of experience in detailing and leather restoration, as well as preparation from the business side. Over 80% of this training is practice, during which you will work with top detailing products and equipment. The course in 90% is hands on, this is the only way you can learn fast.

The first day:
Detailed explanation of detailing products, tools and their proper use.
Effective and safe preparation of the car before polishing – full decontamination
Detailed interior cleaning, with a strong emphasis on high standards and safety of cleaned surfaces, as well as work efficiency (hands-on)
Removing the seats
Cleaning the headliner,
Extraction washing of upholstery
Efficient, detailing cleaning of plastic surfaces and hard-to-reach places
Cleaning the windows
Interior finishing (dressings, fragrances, etc.)

Day two
A day entirely dedicated to leather upholstery.
Understanding the surface
Proper cleaning and protection of the leather
Leather restoration:
Restoration of the entire car seat
Bolster repair
Steering wheel repair

Machine Polishing

Day three
An introduction to machine polishing, and an explanation of the limits
Choosing the right polishing combination
Correct use of dual action and rotary polishers
Practice on car panels with various features
Practice in one-stage polishing and intensive paint correction

Fourth day
Continuation of machine polishing using various machines
Removing deeper paint imperfections
Reducing and removing orange peel
Stone chips repairs
Preparing the car for the application of protective coatings

Day 5
Application of protective coatings to all car surfaces:
Paint
Wheels (applicator and airbrush)
Windows
Plastics

Summary of knowledge acquired during the course
Preparation for business

At the end of this course, you will get a certification for completing the course.

Food and drinks will be provided during the course.

The price for the group course is 800 euro  per person – 4 slots available only

To book your slot 300 euro deposit is required (the remaining balance to be paid at the course)
