How to apply AQUA PRO ceramic coating

1. Surface preparation is critical.

-The paint should be appropriately washed and decontaminated

-The paint should be machine polished to remove defects such as oxidation, swirl marks, holograms etc.

-After polishing, all polishing compound residues should be removed with a panel wipe product

2. Coating application

-Apply a small amount of coating on the pad applicator

-Using the applicator, spread the coating on the panel using the cross method

– Apply the coating only to one panel at a time

– After about 20-30 seconds, use a microfiber cloth (preferably 350 GSM) to level the coating

– Then, use another microfiber to polish the coating to a perfect finish, use focused led light for inspection
